·The Antichrist, also known as the king
of the north and the little horn of Daniel—a Syrian
and initially a man of peace executes a 7-year treaty with Israel in
fulfillment of Daniel 9:27(see
also Dan. 8:23-25; Dan.
11:6,
Dan. 11:11-16, Dan.
11:21-24; c/p. 1 Maccabees 1:29). This begins
The Antichrist Covenant week of years. God's prophetic clock is turned on, as it has
been turned off since the resurrection of Jesus and day of Pentecost. The last 7 years of the
age or
dispensation of grace has begun (Eph. 3:2).
[For an understanding of the
distinctions between Daniel’s
70th week of years and
the Antichrist Covenant week of years, please review Prophecy of the
Seventy Weeks, and the accompanying notes on Daniel 9:24-27.]
·Jesus opens the first 5 seals
of Revelation during the first 3 ˝years of The Antichrist
Covenant
week(Dan.
9:24-27;
Rev.
6:1-11).
·1.5 billion
[more] people die
from: war, famine, plagues
and the beasts of the earth [hungry because of the famine (Rev.
6:7-8)].
·False
Christs[false
Messiahs claiming to be anointed]shall
arise.
There will be wars, rumors of wars, nation against nation [ethnic
group against ethnic group]
, kingdom against kingdom, famines,
pestilences,
and earthquakes in
divers places.
Jewish
Christians
[especially] shall be
called
on the carpet for their faith [because
of the now restored Law of Moses in Israel, which is at
peace with the Antichrist]
, killed,
and shall
become the most hated people on the earth for sake of the name
of Jesus.
The Jewish Church
[especially]
shall be plagued with offense, betrayal
and hatred; false prophets shall arise and deceive many; sin
shall run rampant and the love of many shall wax cold (Matt.
24:5-12; c/p.
2 Thes.
2:3; 2 Tim. 3:1-5; 1 Tim. 4:1-3; 2 Pet.
3:3-4; 1 John 2:18-22; 4:1-3; Jude 3-4; 11-19)
·The
great apostasy or falling away in the Church
at large prophesied
in
2
Thessalonians 2:3gains
momentum,
as many
Christians become offended at God when widespread
persecution and killing of Christians increases, and the
Church is not Raptured[caught
away]
before these things begin [see
Two
Prerequisites for the Rapture from The
Thessalonian Letters In Verse Outline; see also The Offended Prophet
from Seven Prophetic Pictures of
the Rapture for an example of what can happen to God's
people when they allow offense to take hold of their life].
·Mystery
Babylonof
the revised Roman Empire—its
religious harlot—secures
a lock hold on at least 10 of the governments of the old Roman
Empire(Rev.
17) [See Rev.
17:9-10, The Book of Revelation In Verse-By-Verse
Outline; see also Endnote
#28and 29 on Revelation 17:18,
The
Chronological Revelation
].
·The
gospel of the kingdom is preached in all the world for a
witness unto all nations,
and then the end comes
(Matt.
24:14). [Just as happened in the Book of Acts, it
is persecution of the Church that causes the gospel
to be fully preachedin all the world (c/p. Acts 8:1-4)].
·The
Church began as a Jewish church on the day of Pentecost.
There will be
a
latter day ingathering harvest of Jews back into
the Body of Christ
before
the return of Jesus (Exo.
23:14-16,
Rev. 6:9-11;
c/p. Matt.20:16).
·The great prostituting
whore city of the revised Roman Empire—Mystery Babylon—is destroyed
by the
10-horn confederacy of revised Roman nations(see Rev. 17:16, The Book of Revelation In
Verse-By-Verse Outline). The
10 horn / kings of revised Rome then give their power,
strength and kingdom to the Antichrist. The revived
Grecian Empire is thus formed (see Rev. 17:10-11, The Book of Revelation In
Verse-By-Verse Outline). [See also, The Mystery of
Mystery Babylon Revealed,]
·Between the 5th
and 6th seals of Revelation the Church is raptured;
it is seen for the first
time in heaven in Revelation
7:9, having been "snatched out" of the earth during
the great tribulation [literally, the tribulation, the great: the first 3 ˝years of The Antichrist Covenant week]:caught up to meet
the Lord in the air (Rev.
7:14; 1
Thes. 4:15-17. See also The Midst of the Feast, and The Body of Christfrom Seven Prophetic Pictures of the Rapture).
·Jesus opens the 6th
seal: all creation praises the Lord. The rocks cry out!
(Luke
19:40; Rom. 8:19-21). All men remaining
on the earth know the wrath of God has come—because they can't find
any Christians! [see
Rev. 6:12-17, The Book of Revelation In
Verse-By-Verse Outline]
·A remnant of
Jews[largely
women and children (Isa. 3:25-26; 4:1)] flees into the wilderness
for 3 ˝ years [the nations of Edom, Moab, and
Ammon—modern Jordan—escape control of the Antichrist (Dan. 11:41)], while the Antichrist
reigns (Rev. 12:6, Rev. 12:14;
Matt. 24:16-20). This is the time of Jacob’s trouble(Jer. 30:7; Matt. 24:21).
·While crossing the Jordan
river valley in their escape to Jordan, Satan causes a great earthquake and
gale in the Sea of Galilee or the Dead Sea (or both) to cause a great flash
flood like a tidal wave to come down the Jordan River valley in a desperate
attempt to drown the remnant of Israel fleeing into the wilderness. God opens
up the great fault under the Jordan River to swallow up the flood and save the
remnant
of Israel (Rev. 12:15-18; c/p. Num. 16:321). [Satan brought a similar earthquake and gale on
the Sea of Galilee during the ministry of Jesus in an attempt to kill Himand His disciples; see Matt. 8:24, where the Greek word, seismos
(Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance (Baker) #4578), is translated tempest
in the King James Bible.]
·One hundred forty four
thousand (144,000) men of the 12 tribes of Israelare
sealed in
their foreheads (Rev. 7:1-8; Rev. 9:4;
Rev. 14:3-4).
[Only 12,000
of these are Jews from the tribe of Judah.] Collectively, these are the manchild of Revelation 12:5.
After a ministry as carriers of the gospel of the kingdom (Matt.
24:14) along with God’s two
witnesses(Rev. 11:3), they are raptured
in their natural bodies (c/p. 1
Thes. 4:17) to act as the natural seed to repopulate the nation
Israel in the millennium (Isa.
4:1). They are
seen in heaven with Jesus as the first fruits of the restored
millennial kingdom of Israel (Rev. 14:1-4).
·Enoch and Elijah(Heb. 9:27) return to the earth from
heaven in their natural bodies as the two witnesses.
They begin a 3 ˝-year ministry of judgment on an
unbelieving world (see Rev. 11:3-12, The
Book of Revelation In Verse-By-Verse Outline).
·The false
prophet (Rev. 13:11-14) demands universal worship of the Antichrist.
This false prophet is the backslidden Jewish high priest (c/p. 2 Macc.
4:7-12).
He will also control commerce through a network of linked computers and identification marks implanted in a person's right hand or forehead.
These identification marksare what the Bible describes as themark
of the beast(Rev. 13:15-18;
Matt. 24:23-24).
·The Antichrist shifts his
capital to a rebuilt literal Babylon [somewhere in the
Middle East], which becomes the
political and commercial capital of the world (Rev. 18). He thus becomes the
"resurrected" king of Babylon.
·Mystery Babylon relocates to the city of literal
Babylon. [Mystery
Babylon, the great prostituting whore city of the revised
Roman Empire (see Rev.
17)—the Vatican City of Rome—was destroyed by the
10-horn / kings, who then gave their kingdoms, power and authority to the Antichrist
[see Endnote
#28and 29 on Revelation 17:18, The Chronological Revelation;
see also, The
Mystery of Mystery Babylon Revealed].The great religious whore is
now resurrected in the revived Grecian Empire of the Antichrist
as literal Babylon (see:
Dubai,
Dubai Projects,
and
Two Babylons/One City). She continues to persecute God’s people until God
destroys her under the 7th vial of wrath(Rev.
16:17-19, Rev. 18, Rev. 19:2). This is the mystery of Mystery
Babylon: she
has existed or will exist as a great religious (whore) city in each of the eight
kingdoms that have or will oppress God’s people—from Egypt to the kingdom of
the Antichrist (Rev.
17:3-8, Rev.
17:9-11).
·The earth is filled with great
riches, great famine, great poverty,
great religion and great sin(Rev
6:5-6; Rev.
17:1-6; Rev. 18:11-16; Jude
11-19; 2 Tim. 3:1-5; 2 Pet. 3:3).
·After 1150 days(2300 evenings and
mornings)
from
midweek, the Jews supernaturally regain control
of the temple in Jerusalem (see Dan. 8:13-14, The Book of Daniel In
Verse-By-Verse Outline).
The wrath of God
begins during the last half of Daniel's 70th
week
[Which is also the last half ofThe Antichrist Covenant Week]
·Jesus opens the 7th
seal(Rev.
8:1). The saints in
heaven of all the ages pray for God to judge the earth. The wrath
of Godbegins with four of seven trumpet judgments(Rev.
8).
·The first 4 trumpet
judgments (Rev.
8:7-12): the
earth is hit with plagues[apparently under the power of the two witnesses,
who cause it not to rain during the days of their prophecy(see Rev. 11:3-6, The
Book of Revelation In Verse-By-Verse Outline); the third part of trees
is burnt up and all green grass is burnt; the third part
of the seabecomes blood, the third part of creatures in the
sea die, and the third part of all ships are destroyed; the
third part of the rivers and fountains of waters become wormwood
and many men die; the third part of the sun, moon and stars
become darkened(Rev.
8).
·The
5th
trumpet / 1st woe (Rev. 9:1-12): a merciful Savior gives all people on the earth—except those with the seal of
God in their forehead: the 144,000, the two
witnesses, and the remnant of Israel hidden in the
wilderness—a5 month taste of the eternal torment of hell: by loosing demonic locusts
from the bottomless pit [the
abyss] into
the earth; men are tormented as the torment of a scorpion; they seek death, but
death flees from them (Rev. 9:1-6).
·The
6th
trumpet / 2nd woe (Rev. 9:13-21; Rev.
11:3-4, Rev. 11:7-13; Rev. 11:14): four angels which have been bound in the River
Euphrates are loosed and prepared for an hour, day, month
and year to slay the third part of all men remaining on the
earth; they command an army of 200 million demonic horsemen; at least one
billion more people die(Rev. 9:13-19).
·The two witnesses[Enoch and Elijah] are killed; their
bodies lie unburied in the streets of Jerusalem; after 3 ˝ days they are resurrected
and ascend into heaven while the world watches on television and the
Internet (Rev. 11:3; Rev. 11:7-12). This event concludes Daniel's
70th week; thejudgment is set.
[The final 75 days before the second coming of Jesus
to reign over the earth (Dan. 12:11-12)]
·The 7th trumpet
/ 3rd woe(Rev. 11:15
through
Rev. 12:12): there is war in the heavenlies[the earth's atmosphere]; Satan and his
angels are cast into the earth with fierce wrath against the remnant
of Israel hidden in the wilderness, and against Jews born again
under the ministry of the 144,000 evangelists and the two witnesses.
Satan knows he has but a short time to work
his will. He also knows that Jesus will establish His millennial kingdom in
just 75 days (Dan. 12:11-12). This
is the third woe(Rev.
12:12).
