WHAT TIME IT IS®

LUKE 17 Pg 2

This is the time to flee Jerusalem and Judah

 17:31  In that day [the day the Son of man is revealed],

            [1] he which shall be upon the housetop,

                        [a.] and his stuff in the house,

            [2] let him not come down

[a.] to take it away: and

            [3] he that is in the field,

                        [a.] let him likewise not return back.

 17:32  Remember Lot's wife [she looked back to the things of the world and lost her life].

 17:33  [1] Whosoever shall seek to save his life

[a.] shall lose it; and

            [2] whosoever shall lose his life

[b.] shall preserve it [only absolute trust in God will bring one through the time of Jacob’s trouble alive (Jer. 30:7; Dan. 12:1)].

The judgment of Armageddon

 17:34  I tell you, in that night [c/p. Matt. 24:40]

            [1] there shall be two [men] in one bed;

                        [a.] the one shall be taken, and

                        [b.] the other shall be left.

 17:35  [2] Two [women] shall be grinding together;

                        [a.] the one shall be taken, and

                        [b.] the other left.

 17:36  [3] Two [men] shall be in the field;

                        [a.] the one shall be taken, and

                        [b.] the other left.

 17:37  And

            [1] they answered and said unto him,

                        [a.] Where, Lord?

[2] And he said unto them,

[a.] Wheresoever the body [is],

[11.] thither will the eagles [flesh-eating birds]

[aa.] be gathered together (Rev 19:17; c/p. Matt. 24:28).
