A WALL OF WATER IS HEADED FOR SAN FRANCISCO

A prophetic utterance from the Lord, January 1, 2005

[New Years morning, sitting on San Francisco’s beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean, contemplating the South East Asian tsunami that hit the previous week.]

Question:  Father, good morning.  What are you saying to me?

Answer:  “Fear not, for I have redeemed you.  You are called by my name, saith the Lord.  And yes, a wall of water is headed for San Francisco, and California, and points beyond, saith the Lord, but it is a wall that can be stopped by intercession, prayer, and giving of thanks unto me, for I am a God that delights in mercy, and in truth, and righteousness, equity and justice for the righteous and just in any land, and am quite willing to deliver the unrighteous, and unjust, and those who are unwilling to walk in my Word or my ways, saith the Lord, because of those, my people, who are willing to habitually walk in the things of me, saith the Lord.

But now, as I have called you to San Francisco, now, of necessity, you must carry not only the prophetic oversight of the nation, which I have given you, but an apostolic oversight of the region into which you are now called, to train and equip, and send others out, many others out, with the message of judgment, and restoration and redemption of the things that are now about to come upon the region, the nation, and the world at large, saith the Lord.

Walk in me, and learn of me, and you will see, and see, and know, and grow in the things of me and my Spirit, and my wisdom that I have richly endowed you with to bless the nation and the region with a Word from me, saith the Lord.

Go to, now, and not from, for your righteousness is of me, and by me, and for me to spare my judgments from off the land, saith the Lord.”

My Prayer, Supplication and Thanksgiving for San Francisco

[The Anointing for this prayer did not come until February 19, 2005]

            February 19, 2005

“Father, San Francisco is a City established by iniquity and under a curse and will have an eventual judgment [Habakkuk 2:12*]—which you have said is a wall of water, a tsunami—that is headed for San Francisco, California, and points beyond [see Habakkuk 3:15** for the origin of at least some tsunamis], that you have also said can be stopped by prayer, supplication, and the giving of thanks.

Father, I lift up to you the City of San Francisco.  I both decree and declare San Francisco to be a City of righteousness and holiness unto the Lord.

I command that wall of water—that tsunami—to cease, desist and defuse right now the spiritual roots of the wall of water that was headed for San Francisco.

Jesus, you shall not walk through the sea with your horses, and send an wall of water to San Francisco, California and points beyond for the sin of San Francisco and California, whose sins I now remit in the Name of Jesus by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the authority that you have given me to ask you of things to come concerning your sons, and concerning the works of you hand, to ‘command ye me.’  For you delight in mercy and great is your faithfulness to your Work, to your creation, and to even any who will stand in the gap to avert judgment, which I do and have done on this day, in your Holy Name.

And Father, I now thank you for San Francisco, the beautiful and Holy City, and for California, the planting of the Lord, your region for Glory and the glorious manifestations of your Spirit, from now until the return of Jesus to establish His Kingdom upon the earth.

Father, be at rest within and upon each and every one of us, working in you and in us both to will and to do of your own good pleasure, by the power of your Spirit, and in the Holy Name of Jesus.  Amen and amen.

[I finished this prayer at exactly 10:27 PM (c/p Isaiah 10:27)…’Wow, this prayer is Anointed!!’]

[*Habakkuk 2:12 – Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and stablisheth a city by iniquity!]

[**Habakkuk 3:15 – Thou didst walk through the sea with thine horses, through the heap of great waters. {heap, Heb., chemer, #2563, a bubbling up of water…a wave, a tsunami}]
