TAKE
SAN FRANCISCO WITH A TRUMPET AND A SHOUT
A prophetic utterance from the Lord, March 19, 2005
“You can take the City with a trumpet and a shout!”
[I
am a trumpet player, so this utterance has a literal meaning for me: God
referring to San Francisco, California.]
The Liberation of San Francisco
June 1, 2005
Father: What shall I do tonight?
Answer:
“Shout, for I have given you the City.
Please liberate her for me, saith the Lord.”

[At 4:30 AM, overlooking the San Francisco skyline from Treasure Island, which sits
in the middle of the San Francisco Bay between San Francisco and Oakland, I
shouted at the top of my lungs these confessions that I had written out …and finished it
with a chorus of Majesty on my trumpet.]
‘I call heaven and earth to record this day, for the Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath Anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, and to preach the Year of Jubilee.
I decree a thing and it is established unto me. I proclaim liberty to the City of San Francisco, and to all who are held captive by any form of bondage or sin. I proclaim a recovery of sight to the blind: spiritually and naturally blind. And to the poor, the Gospel shall be preached for a witness unto all nations.
For this is the fast that God has chosen and I declare: to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens [of all forms of sin, and wickedness and twistedness, and famine from hearing the Word of God], and to let the oppressed go free, and that every yoke shall be broken and destroyed by the Anointing of Jesus, and that the hungry shall be fed [hungry in the natural, and hungry in the spirit], and that the poor [in the natural and the spirit] shall be brought into [God’s] house, and the naked [in the natural and in the spirit] shall be covered.
And then shall the Glory of the Lord and Light of His Word break forth as the morning over San Francisco, and the health of he City shall spring forth speedily, and thy righteousness shall go before us, and the Glory of the Lord shall surround us, and we shall call, and the Lord shall answer; and we shall cry, and the Lord shall say, ‘Here I am.’
And the Lord shall guide us continually, and satisfy our soul in draught [of any kind], and make fat our bones, and we shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters fail not.
And we shall build the old waste places: we shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and we shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in.
And we shall delight ourselves in the Lord; and He shall cause us to ride on the high places of the earth [in my chariot of fire], and we shall be fed with the heritage of Jacob: for the mouth of the Lord hath said it, in Jesus’ name.
