WHAT TIME IT IS®

A Final Word From the Lord to President George W. Bush

Please forward:

This is a set-up, Mr. President. In the language of the Church you have been called, appointed, anointed, and trained by God to lead the United States into A Second Reconstruction—even at this late date—to fix both for America and for the descendants of the African Americans who were cut-off from the Reconstruction of 1865. In so doing God will cause history to remember the beginning and end of your presidency, and not the middle years. You know more about every facet of this kind of national recovery of large populations ravaged by persecution, war (and much worse) than any president in United States’ history; and you can see in an instant all that should have been done and was not for 4 million newly emancipated American citizens.

Mr. President. What you have unsuccessfully been dealing with since 1991 is a curse: the curse of James 5:1-8. Your answer and the answer of the Nation for the "why" of September 11th was terrorism and terrorists. God's answer to the "why" of September 11th is the sowing and reaping from the national unrepentant sin of slavery. And then came Katrina. Your answer and the answer of the Nation for Katrina was an "act of God". God's answer for Katrina is the sowing and reaping from slavery (God doesn't act that way). And of late have come upon us the foreclosures, market crashes, and bank failures. Your answer and the answer of the Nation for our economy in crisis—subprime mortgages. God's answer to our national economic crisis is still the sowing and reaping of this Nation from slavery: the curse of  James 5:1-8the terrorism of a Christian nation. [For a closer look at the actual "why" of all the foreclosures, please consider: Why No Land for Freed Slaves In a Half-Empty Nation?.]

Because James 5:1-8 is a judgment written which God can never change, because He never changes...I am the Lord, I change not (Mal. 3:6). So then, to become totally free from the recurring effects of this revolving curse, the United States must meet the requirements of the text of James 5:4 in the same way that Egypt had to do as pertaining to the children of Israela recompense at fair market value (see: Gen. 15:13-16; and Exo. 12:35-36). This is so, for as you also know...God is no respecter of persons...or nations. For 40 million African American survivors of the middle passage and beyond, the recompense required by God for the national sins of a Christian nation* will measure into the multiplied trillions of dollars. I am not talking about "reparations", but about a Second Reconstruction—to fix the woeful failures of the first Reconstruction. [Please see: God's Call for a Second Reconstruction; and It Is Not God That Will Judge the USA.]

[* In the eyes of God the United States is a "Christian nation" because of the Covenant that God has with it. We are a nation formed for the express purpose of promoting the "Advancement of the Christian Faith" (see: the Mayflower Compact).]

Republicans make their boast that the Republican Party was formed in 1856 to oppose slavery, and that its first President was Abraham Lincoln. The Republican Party was actually formed not to oppose slavery as an institution, but to oppose its expansion into the territories out West of which all were in agreement that these lands were for "poor whites". As such, Mr. Lincoln had no commitment for African Americans to become an integral part of the fabric of life in America..."It's one thing to be opposed to the continuance of slavery; its another thing to have a county full of ex-slaves"...believing until his death that colonization of freed slaves was the only permanent solution for America. Thus when he floated the Emancipation Proclamation, it freed no slaves: those under the jurisdiction of the United States or those in the Confederacy. Its sole purpose was to give the Confederacy a final opportunity to return to the Union (at a time when the North was losing the Civil War badly).

My historical points are summarized in this: first, Republicans ran both the Civil War and the five years of African American Reconstruction. Second, neither Abraham Lincoln nor his successor, Andrew Johnson [that good Christian Democrat from Tennessee, who was so out of touch with the Radical Republican-led Congress that he came within one vote of being impeached], had any intention of making the Constitution work for the freedmen. Further, between the presidencies of Abraham Lincoln and Woodrow Wilson, the Democrats had only two terms in the White House; and it has been Republican-appointed Supreme Court judges from Reconstruction until today that have been eroding by their judicial legislation the Civil Rights Act of 1866 that the Radical Republican-led Congresses passed on three separate occasions; the Ku Klutz Clan Civil Rights Act of 1871; and declared as unconstitutional the Civil Rights Act of 1875: which was re-passed almost verbatim in the Civil Rights Act of 1965. [The Republican reign over the White House during this period could not even pass an anti-lynching law to stop the reign of terror...more seeds of terrorism, sir. And, the Republican Party has been almost single-handed in its dismantling of federal and state affirmative action programs with the idiological judicial rhetoric of Republican court appointees.]

I am not "Republican-bashing" for no purpose: while the Grand Old Party is recovering from the God-orchestrated electoral college landslide of a freshman senator, but am offering the the GOP a wake-up call from the Lord to look at itself and its dogma [too many Republicans in one place take upon themselves a demonic presence]; and to look at the much acclaimed "Republican base"—which is the old Confederacy...and a direct result of the "Republican strategy" which abandoned African Americans during the Great Depression. One only has to look at the size and demographics of the Obama-crowd as compared with the McCain-crowd on election night to find out where God was and where He was not in this past election. [That may hurt; but it is nevertheless true.]

So, Mr. President, with all humility, since the GOP is not listening to a thing you have to say, why don't you [as we say]..."come over on the black side"—and we will receive you. For the time that you have left in office, stop being a Republican and rise to the level of a Statesman! For thus saith the Lord:

"1. Lead the Nation into a period of national repentance for slavery [it means more coming from a Republican].

2. Use your powers of executive orders to fix everything that you can find that is fixable by executive order: for the short end of the stick that African Americans have received from this country since Reconstruction—including Affirmative Action, which Republicans don't have any problem with when it comes to Wall Street, bank failures, the auto industry, AIG, and on and on, but have problems with when applied to people if they're black [the Freedman's Bureau was an Affirmative Action program which Republicans were only willing to pay for for five years...4 million freedmen...5 years...ridiculous!]; and

3. Start Mr. Paulson and Mr. Bernacke toward the "fix" of a Second Reconstruction with the money they have left of the 700 billion in bail-out funds, and God will fix the economy for you and for America. [Every foreclosed house that the Government can get its hands on is merely the current market value for one African American family from the Radical Republican promise of "40 acres and a mule" that African Americans never received under the Homestead Act of 1862 or any other act of Congress; see also Why No Land for Freed Slaves In a Half-Empty Nation?]

4. Leave to Mr. Obama the preaching of the much that the African American community must do and has not done to better its own condition [this they need to hear, but African Americans will not receive this message from you: they will hear it from Barack Obama]."

I do not hesitate to say that this as a "Word from the Lord", because in my heart I know that each of us has the same Commander-in-chief! [Please see: God's Call for a Second Reconstruction; and It Is Not God That Will Judge the USA.]
