WHAT TIME IT IS®™
The greeting
and description of Jesus
Rev. 3:1 And unto the angel [messenger
or pastor] of the church in Sardis write;
[1] These things saith he that
hath
[a.] the seven
Spirits of God, and
[b.] the seven
stars;
I know
[1] thy works,
[2] that thou hast a name that
thou livest, and
[3] [thou] art dead.
3:2 [1] Be
watchful, and
[2] strengthen the things which
remain,
[a.] that are ready to die:
[3] for I have not found thy
works perfect before God.
3:3 [1] Remember
therefore how thou hast
[a.] received and
[b.] heard, and
[2] hold fast, and
[3] repent.
[4 If therefore thou shalt not
watch,
[a] I will
come on thee
[11.] as a thief, and
[b] thou shalt not know what hour
[11.] I will come upon thee.
3:4 Thou hast
[1] a few names even in Sardis
[a.] which have not defiled their garments; and
[2] they shall walk with me in white [in righteousness]:
[b.] for they are worthy.
3:5 He that overcometh, the same
[1] shall be clothed in white
raiment; and
[2] I will not blot out his name out of the book of
life, but
[3] I will confess his name before my Father, and
[4] [I will confess his name]
before his angels.
3:6 He that hath an ear, let him hear
[1] what the
Spirit saith unto the churches.
