WHAT TIME IT IS®™
Universal
worship of the Antichrist
13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth [within the boundaries of
the
the revived Grecian Empire; (c/p. Luke 2:1)]
[1]
shall worship
him,
[a.]
whose names are not written
[11.] in the book of life [born again]
[aa.] of the Lamb slain
[111.] from the foundation of the world (c/p. Rev. 17:8).
The Antichrist cannot be resisted by human
force
13:9 If any man have an
ear,
[1] let him hear.
13:10 [a.] He that leadeth into captivity
[11.]
shall go into captivity:
[b.] he that killeth with the sword
[11.]
must be killed with the sword.
Here is
[aa.]
the
patience (Rev. 14:12) and
[ab.] the faith of the saints
[the Antichrist can be resisted only
in the realm of the spirit, by
applying the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus (Rom: 8:2)].
The beast out of the earth: religious Babylon
[the false prophet*]
13:11 And I beheld another beast
[1]
coming up out
of the earth; and
[a.] he had two horns like a lamb, and
[b.] he spake as a dragon.
[c.] he exerciseth all the power
[11.] of the first beast [the false prophet’s power
is limited to the jurisdiction of the
Antichrist: the internal boundaries of the revived Grecian Empire] before him, and
[d.] [he]
causeth
[11.] the earth and
[12.] them which dwell therein
[aa.]
to worship the first beast [the Antichrist],
[111.]
whose deadly wound
[aaa.] was healed [the revived Grecian Empire; and the Antichrist, himself].
[*For my opinion on the identity of the
false prophet, see
Endnote #12, The Chronological Revelation]
13:13 And
[e.] he doeth
great wonders, so that
[f.] he maketh fire come down from heaven
[11.]
on the earth [he counterfeits Elijah’s
miracle (1 Kings 18:38; 2 Kings 1:10,12; Elijah, is one of
God’s two witnesses (Rev. 11:3), which will have power to smite the earth with all plagues as often as
they will (Rev.
11:5-6]
[12.] in the sight of men,
[g.] [he] deceiveth
[11.]
them that dwell on the earth
[12.] by [the means of] those [lying] miracles
[aa.]
which he had power to do
[111.] in the sight of the beast [his power is
limited];
[13.] [by] saying
[his deception comes through words] to them that dwell on the earth,
[aa.]
that they
should make an image to the beast [the
Antichrist], which
[111.] had the wound by a sword, and
[112.] did live.
